En herlig uke

Uken med våre venner Tina og Jaap har vært veldig bra. Vi har hatt nydelig vær, og vi har fått vist frem vår nydelige natur til dem. Båtturer, fjellturer og trening av hund er noe av det vi har gjort. Bildet er av Thomas som gjør vårpuss på båten. I dag hadde vi en svært bra treningsøkt, og jeg synes Valborg gjør fremskritt for hver gang vi trener. Selv om jeg nesten får nervøst sammenbrudd hver gang jeg tenker på fuglehundprøvene, vet jeg også at dette er noe vi må bare hoppe ut i. Og jeg skal gjøre mitt for at hun er klar for dette til høsten. Da blir det høyfjellsprøver her og der... I morgen drar Nederlenderne hjemover og det vil bli veldig tomt og stille her uten dem. Men vi håper at de har hatt en god ferie, og vi ser frem til neste besøk!!!

Eng: The last week with our friends Tina and Jaap has been very good. The weather has been beautiful, and we have showed them our surroundings with boat and by car. The picture is of Thomas cleaning the boat. We also have did some walking in the fields and mountains. We have also trained the dog for hunting. We had a session today, and for every session I think Valborg is progressing. Even if I almost get a nervous breakdown when I`m thinking of huntingcontests, I know that we just have to do it. And we will get ready to the fall, in the highlandtests.
Tomorrow our Dutch friends is heading for home, and it will be very quiet and empty here without them. But we hope they have had a wonderful time here with us, and that they will come back some time!!!
